How much does Dexlo cost?
€299 per month per hotel, plus a one-off onboarding fee of €799 per hotel. The subscription has no commitment and its amount does not change while the contract runs. VAT not applicable (art. 293 B of the French Tax Code).
What does onboarding include?
Connecting your PMS, or else importing your exports; enabling price sending, if your PMS allows it; choosing your reference competitors with you; checking the data; the first recommendation. It is completed within 15 working days once access is provided and the competitor list is approved. If it cannot be completed (PMS cannot be connected, exports unusable, insufficient data), the €799 is refunded in full.
Which PMS does Dexlo work with?
Dexlo connects to PMSs that offer a connection interface. If yours does not, Dexlo works from your exports. We check your PMS before onboarding; price sending is only enabled if it allows it.
Who stays in control of prices?
You do. Dexlo suggests a price for each night, with its reasons; you approve it or not. No price changes without your click. When sending to the PMS is enabled, you send the chosen price yourself, in one click.
How does the AI decide on a price?
It forecasts demand for each night from your bookings, their pace compared with previous years, the calendar and events. It reads your competitors’ prices. It then suggests a price and shows its reasons. If data is missing, it says so and suggests nothing for that night.
Where is the data?
Your hotel’s data is hosted in Europe, in Frankfurt (Germany). Each hotel’s data is kept separate. Subprocessors and their countries are listed in the privacy policy.
How do I cancel?
At any time, without reason or penalty, by email to contact@dexlo.fr. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current month; the month started remains due.
How is it different from a channel manager?
A channel manager distributes your prices and availability to booking sites. Dexlo helps you set those prices: it forecasts demand and suggests the price of each night. The two tools work together.
What size of hotel is it for?
For independent hotels, from 3 to 5 stars. The price does not depend on the number of rooms: €299 per month per hotel.
